Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available here (the “Program Terms”).
To save up to 25% and receive 2X Wyndham Rewards bonus points plus 5,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (the “Save & Bonus Points Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must, during the period that begins on July 13, 2026 and runs through and includes September 11, 2026, book the Save Up To 25%, earn 2X the Points PLUS get 5,000 Bonus Points rate for a stay of three (3) or more consecutive nights at a participating Caesars Rewards hotels or co-branded Caesars / Trademark Collection by Wyndham hotels (each a “Participating Caesars Rewards Hotel”) and complete stay by January 1, 2027. Except as otherwise set forth below with respect to Members who have elected to earn Travel Partner Currency rather than Wyndham Rewards points (“Miles Earners”), a Member who books and completes one or more stays in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive 2X the amount of Base Points they would have earned for such stay(s), absent this offer, pursuant to the Program Terms (the “2X Bonus”). For example, a stay that is booked and completed by a Member in accordance with these Offer Terms that would, under the Program Terms, earn 2,000 Base Points, would instead, pursuant to the Save & Bonus Points Offer, earn a total of 4,000 points (2 X 2,000 = 4,000, with 2,000 of such points denominated as Base Points, and the remaining 2,000 points denominated as the 2X Bonus).
Miles Earners who take advantage of the Save & Bonus Points Offer will receive their base earnings in accordance with the Program Terms (i.e., base earnings in miles or other applicable Travel Partner Currency), and their 2X Bonus in Wyndham Rewards points only. Such 2X Bonus will be in an amount equal to 1X the number of base miles (or other applicable Travel Partner Currency).

The 2X Bonus and Additional Bonus will only be awarded to Members who: (i) book through the call centers and web sites of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app; and (ii) include their Member number at the time of reservation. The Wyndham Rewards bonus points awarded in connection with both of these offers will usually be posted to the applicable Member account within two to four weeks following the completion of the applicable stay. Bonus points will not be awarded for a no-show.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, a Member can earn a maximum of one (1) 2X Bonus and one (1) Additional Bonus even if they complete more than one (1) stay in accordance with these Offer Terms.

2Transfer Points Terms & Conditions:
Between July 13, 2026, 12:01 am Eastern Time and September 11, 2026, 11:59 pm Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”), the calendar year limits on the number of Wyndham Rewards points that may be transferred to Caesars Rewards Reward Credits (a “Point to Credit Transfer”), and the number of Caesars Rewards Reward Credits that may be transferred to Wyndham Rewards points (a “Credit to Point Transfer”) will each be increased from 30,000 (the “Standard Limit”) to 60,000 (the “Increased Limit”). (Each of a Point to Credit Transfer and a Credit to Point Transfer may hereinafter occasionally be referred to as a “Transfer”.) Any Transfers made in calendar year 2026 prior to the Promotion Period will count toward the Increased Limit for such type of Transfer. For example, a Member who has transferred 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points to 15,000 Rewards Credits between January 1, 2026 and the commencement of the Promotion Period will have the opportunity to transfer a maximum of 45,000 additional Wyndham Rewards points to Rewards Credits during the Promotion Period. The Standard Limit will come back into effect for each type of Transfer immediately upon expiration of the Promotion Period. Transfers must be in increments of 10,000 Wyndham Rewards points or 10,000 Caesars Rewards Reward Credits. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Rewards Credits and Wyndham Rewards points will be posted to the applicable account within six (6) to eight (8) weeks after the completed Transfer. Rewards Credits and Wyndham Rewards points obtained via Transfer do not count toward Caesars Rewards Tiers or Wyndham Rewards Member Levels. All Transfers are final and non-refundable. Caesars Rewards and Wyndham Rewards reserve the right to terminate this offer at any time. 3Status Match Terms & Conditions:
In order to receive certain benefits of Caesars Rewards and participate in any gaming activities at Caesars Entertainment hotels, you will need a Caesars Rewards member card. To receive your member card, you must visit the Caesars Rewards Center at any Caesars Rewards participating Caesars Entertainment hotel to provide proof that you are 21 years of age or older.
If you are under 21 years of age, you can apply for your Status Match in Caesars Rewards but are not eligible to receive a Caesars Rewards member card or certain benefits of Caesars Rewards. Wyndham Rewards Status Match for Caesars Rewards Platinum, Diamond and Seven Stars Members Terms & Conditions:
Pursuant to these terms and conditions (the "Status Match Terms"), each member of Caesars Entertainment's loyalty program, Caesars Rewards, ("Caesars Rewards") who has achieved the Platinum, Diamond or Seven Stars Tier in such loyalty program pursuant to the Caesars Rewards terms and conditions (the "Caesars Rewards Terms"), is eligible to apply to match his/her Caesars Rewards Tier status to the equivalent Member Level of the Wyndham Rewards Program, as set forth in the below:
(the successful completion of such process hereinafter referred to as the "Status Match").
To request the Equivalent Member Level, an eligible Caesars Rewards member (an "Applicant") must: (i) visit www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/caesars-rewards/status-match and either sign into their existing Wyndham Rewards account, or complete and submit the "Join Wyndham Rewards" form to become a Wyndham Rewards Member; and (ii) enter their Caesars Rewards account number, date of birth, zip code, and email address in the provided fields. Upon Caesars Entertainment's verification that an Applicant's Caesars Rewards account information is accurate, and that such account is in good standing, such Applicant will receive the applicable Equivalent Member Level. Such Equivalent Member Level will become effective upon such verification, and, unless extended in accordance with the Wyndham Rewards Program terms and conditions (the "WR Terms"), expire on December 31 of the calendar year in which it was obtained.
Should Caesars Entertainment deem a Caesars Rewards member's number invalid or otherwise determine that the applicable Caesars Rewards account is not in good standing, in each case, in its sole discretion, the Caesars Rewards member will not receive the Equivalent Member Level.
For clarity, Caesars Rewards Gold members are not eligible for the Status Match. Platinum, Diamond and Seven Stars Caesars Rewards members must be or become Wyndham Rewards Members to apply for the Status Match. Any Applicant who has already obtained the Wyndham Rewards Member Level this offer otherwise would have afforded them will retain such preexisting Wyndham Rewards Member Level in accordance with the WR Terms, and the Status Match will be deemed ineffective.
Status Match eligibility is not transferable and may not be substituted for or combined with any other offer. A Member Level earned pursuant to this Status Match cannot be transferred, purchased or sold. A Member's Caesars Rewards Tier status and the benefits applicable to each Tier are subject to the full Caesars Rewards Terms. A Member's Wyndham Rewards Member Level status and the benefits applicable to each Member Level are subject to the full WR Terms. This offer may be cancelled or modified at any time, without notice, and is void where prohibited.
