Cancel by 4 pm on the day of your arrival to avoid financial penalty equal to the cost of 1 night room fee + tax.

The Wyndham Garden Hotel Austin is excited to WELCOME Desert of Texas Workshop 2019!  Please make your reservations through this page for your guest room needs in January.

For any technical issues, please feel free to use our Call-in Reservation Procedure. Our telephone number for reservations is 1- 800-996-3426. Give the associate your desired dates of stay at our property and ask for the “Desert of Texas Workshop 2019” Then guarantee your reservation with a credit card. Hotel room rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 15%.  Should guest qualify for tax exemption, a valid form will be required at check in. 

Reservation Cut Off: Your block at the Hotel will be held at your group rate until January 4, 2019

Airport Information

• Pickup
- Call  (512) 448-2444
- Tell the Front Desk agent that you have arrived at the airport and you need shuttle service to the hotel.
- Meet the Hotel’s shuttle van outside on the upper level near Delta Airlines and “Hotel Shuttles” sign and waiting area.
- It will take us 20-30 minutes from the time of your call to arrive.

• Drop Off
- Must sign up 24 hours in advance at the Front Desk
- Shuttles leave at the top of hour every hour 24/7

Parking: Complimentary Self Parking on Property

Pet Friendly: This hotel has pet friendly rooms on our 1st floor in standard accommodations; there is a fee of $50 per stay/per pet. Be sure to request this during your reservation process. 

Internet: Wired and Wireless throughout the hotel is complimentary.
