Special group rate applies for bookings until 17th October 2019.  Hotel room rates are inclusive of local taxes & American Buffet Breakfast in our restaurant.  Inclusive WiFi internet connection in rooms & public areas of the hotel.  A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.  For cancellations received latest 60 days prior to arrival will be charged with one room night's cancellation fee per room.  For cancellations received latest 22 days prior to arrival two room night's cancellation fee per room.  For cancellations received 21 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show or early departure, full cancellation fee will apply.  Accommodation tax of 4 EUR per room per night applies, which is not automatically calculated in the rate booked and is payable by the guest at the hotel's reception upon departure.  Guests should contact the Hotel's group reservation department for bookings outside of the event dates.
