To qualify for the 15% discount off the Standard Rate (as defined below) at participating hotels located in the 50 United States, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Mexico, Latin America, the Caribbean and Canada (the “AARP Member Advance Purchase Rate”), an AARP member must, during the period that begins April 14, 2026 and runs through and includes June 30, 2026 (the “Booking Period”), on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), book the AARP Member Advance Purchase Rate at least seven (7) days in advance of the first night of such reservation and complete such stay by September 30, 2026.

For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the Booking Period, i.e., booked and/or started prior to April 14, 2026 or completed after September 30, 2026, will not qualify for the AARP Advance Purchase Rate. Blackout dates may apply and will vary by individual hotel.

For purposes of these Offer Terms,

“Standard Rate” means: the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the hotel, date and accommodation requested; and

“Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand websites; (ii) the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brands by requesting the AARP Member Advance Purchase Rate; (iii) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property by requesting the AARP Member Advanced Purchase Rate; or (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

Savings are discounted from a participating hotel’s Standard Rate, excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Reservations with this rate must be paid in full at time of reservation and are non-refundable. New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings.

Room type exclusions and additional restrictions may apply and will vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels located in the 50 United States, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Mexico, Latin America, the Caribbean and Canada and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that the AARP Member Advance Purchase Rate will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the AARP Member Advance Purchase Rate may result in an ineligibility to receive the AARP Member Advance Purchase Rate.
