AARP Member Holiday Save 15% on hotel stays. Advanced reservations are required. Offer is subject to availability at participating Wyndham Hotels & Resorts locations in the 50 United States, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean. Please be prepared to present your AARP membership card upon check-in.

To qualify for the 15% discount off the Standard Rate (as defined below) at participating hotels in the 50 United States, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean (the “AARP Member Holiday Sale”), an AARP member must, during the period that begins November 20, 2025 and runs through and includes December 31, 2025 (the “Booking Period”), on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), book the AARP Member Holiday Sale rate and complete such stay by February 28, 2026.

For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the Booking Period, i.e., booked prior to November 20, 2025 or after December 31, 2025, or completed after February 28, 2026, will not qualify for the AARP Member Holiday Sale. Blackout dates may apply and will vary by individual hotel.

For purposes of these Offer Terms,

“Standard Rate” means the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the hotel, date and accommodation requested; and

“Direct Booking Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the participating hotel chains; (ii) the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the participating hotel chains by requesting the AARP Member Holiday Sale; (iii) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property by requesting the AARP Member Holiday Sale; or (iv) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.

Savings are discounted from a participating hotel’s Standard Rate, excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Reservations with this rate must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservations can be canceled in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy and can vary by hotel. Reservations canceled outside of cancellation policy and no-shows will be charged, at a minimum, first night plus tax.

Room type exclusions and additional restrictions may apply and will vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that the AARP Member Holiday Sale will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the AARP Member Holiday Sale may result in an ineligibility to receive the AARP Member Holiday Sale discount. The AARP Member Holiday Sale and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.

Tax is additional, and this offer may not be combined with any other offer or discount other than applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions.
