Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, which are available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”).
1. Under the “Book Earlier, Save More” offer (“Offer”), stays which are booked via Select Direct Booking Channels (as defined in paragraph 4(ii) below) in accordance with these Offer Terms (“Offer Stay”) will receive:
A. a discount of up to 20% off the Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate, based on the number of days in advance the reservation is made:
(i) Reservations made at least thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date, based on the local time at the Participating Hotel, will receive a discount of 15% off the Standard Rate.
(ii) Reservations made at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date, based on the local time at the Participating Hotel, will receive a discount of 20% off the Standard Rate.
(each of the above discounts shall be referred to as the “Offer Discount”); and
B. For stays at Participating Hotels in New Zealand, guests who are Wyndham Rewards Members will also receive an additional 2,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points per completed Offer Stay in accordance with the Program Terms if an Offer Stay is also a Qualified Stay under the Program Terms (“Bonus Points”). Wyndham Rewards Members who have stayed at New Zealand hotels should allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks after completion of the Qualified Stay for the Bonus Points to be credited to their Wyndham Rewards account. 2. The “Book Earlier, Save More” Offer is available for new bookings made only via Select Direct Booking Channels between August 12, 2025 and October 31, 2025 (“Booking Period”) at Participating Hotels for stays occurring between September 11, 2025 and March 30, 2026 (“Travel Period”).
3. For Wyndham Rewards Members, Wyndham Rewards points may be earned on each completed Offer Stay in accordance with the Program Terms if the Offer Stay is also a Qualified Stay under the Program Terms.
4. For the purposes of these Offer Terms:
(i) “Standard Rate” is defined as the non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the Participating Hotel, date and accommodation requested. The Standard Rate for each Participating Hotel is subject to change at any time.
(ii) “Select Direct Booking Channels” means:
a) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains; or
b) the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App,
provided that the “Book Earlier, Save More” Offer rate is selected when making a booking. For the avoidance of doubt, any booking made via other channels or an online travel agency (OTA) or any other third-party channel will not qualify for either the Offer Discount, Bonus Points or Wyndham Rewards points.
(iii) “Offer Stay” is a stay of at least one (1) or more consecutive nights in a single booking at a Participating Hotel, booked during the Booking Period, occurring during the Travel Period.
(iv) “Participating Hotels” are Wyndham Hotels & Resorts properties located in the Southeast Asia and Pacific Rim region and listed on the official offer landing page.
5. For clarity, any stay which:
(i) is not booked between August 12, 2025 and October 31, 2025;
(ii) has a check-in date prior to September 11, 2025, regardless of whether any portion of such stay occurs after September 11, 2025;
(iii) has a check-out date after March 30, 2026, regardless of whether any portion of such stay occurs before March 30, 2026; or
(iv) is not booked via Select Direct Booking Channels, will not be an Offer Stay and will not qualify for the Offer Discount or Bonus Points.
6. Reservations made under the “Book Earlier, Save More” Offer rate must be pre-paid and are strictly non-refundable. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation or no-show, any amounts paid (including taxes on any such amounts) shall be forfeited.
7. Blackout dates, room type exclusions and restrictions may apply and vary for each individual Participating Hotel. The availability of the “Book Earlier, Save More” Offer is limited to Participating Hotels only and is subject to availability at such Participating Hotels. It is possible that the “Book Earlier, Save More” Offer will not be available at certain Participating Hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the “Book Earlier, Save More” Offer may result in an ineligibility to receive the Offer Discount even if such modification was made during the Booking Period and dates for the Offer Stay occur within the Travel Period.
8. The Offer Discount applies only to the Standard Rate and does not apply to taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or any additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed by a Participating Hotel. Taxes and fees are payable in addition to the rate. The “Book Earlier, Save More” Offer may not be combined with any other offer, discount or special rate (including use of Wyndham Rewards points) other than registration-based bonus points promotions as determined by the Sponsor to be applicable.
9. The “Book Earlier, Save More” Offer applies to new bookings only.
10. The “Book Earlier, Save More” Offer is not applicable to group bookings.
The “Book Earlier, Save More” Offer and these Offer Terms are subject to cancellation or change at any time. The “Book Earlier, Save More” Offer is subject to the Program Terms (if applicable) in addition to these Offer Terms and is void where prohibited by law.
