TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR "EXTRA MILES BOOST " PROMOTION

Promotion 1 - Limited Time to Earn 20% More Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer miles

Promotion Period: From August 17, 2026, at 00:00 (Beijing Time) to September 17, 2026 at 23:59 (Beijing Time), inclusive. Subject to the total cap of Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer miles (“KF Miles”), the promotion may end earlier than scheduled.

Promotion Mechanism:

During the promotion period, Wyndham Rewards members who convert their points into KF Miles through the Wyndham Rewards official website will have the opportunity to receive an additional 20% bonus miles based on the base conversion amount.

I. Reward Standards and Conversion Method

1. Conversion Ratio: The standard conversion ratio for Wyndham Rewards points to KF Miles is 5:1 (5 Wyndham Rewards points to 1 KF Miles).
2. Bonus Mechanism: Upon successful conversion during the promotion period, members will have the opportunity to receive an additional 50% bonus miles. Specific examples are as follows:

• 6,000 Wyndham Rewards points = 1,200 base KF Miles + 240 bonus miles = 1,440 total KF Miles
• 16,000 Wyndham Rewards points = 3,200 base KF Miles + 640 bonus miles = 3,840 total KF Miles
• 30,000 Wyndham Rewards points = 6,000 base KF Miles + 1,200 bonus miles = 7,200 total KF Miles
  
  3. The minimum amount per conversion transaction is 6,000 Wyndham Rewards points.
  4. Conversion Path: Members must log in to the Wyndham Rewards official website, navigate to the "Redeem Travel Points" page, select Singapore Airlines "KrisFlyer" as the redemption partner, and accurately enter their KrisFlyer membership number and English name to complete the conversion. All conversion requests must be submitted within the promotion period and are subject to the overall cap on KF Miles.

II. Important Promotion Notes

1. Points Conversion Only: This promotion is exclusively available to members who actively use their points for mileage conversion. Members who choose to earn miles directly to their KrisFlyer account during stays at Wyndham hotels (i.e., "direct mileage accrual") are not eligible for this bonus offer.
2. Mileage Posting Method: After a successful conversion, the base converted miles and the bonus miles will be deposited into your designated KrisFlyer account in separate batches. Posting times may vary; please refer to “Posting Time” in Section III below.
3. KrisFlyer miles accrued under this promotion shall not be applied toward the upgrade or maintenance of KrisFlyer Elite status, and shall not be exchangeable for cash.
4. Terms of the Reward Pool: The aggregate amount of bonus miles available under this promotion is limited to 100,000 (One hundred thousand) KF Miles, which will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Upon depletion of the reward pool, the landing page for this promotion shall be disabled, and no bonus miles shall accrue in connection with any subsequent conversions thereafter. Participants are responsible for staying updated on this promotion and regularly checking the landing page for this promotion for any changes.

III. Accrual Details

1. Member Status: Participants must be valid members of both the Wyndham Rewards program and the Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer program (collectively referred to as "Dual Members"). Membership status will be determined based on the consistency between the information stored in the Wyndham Rewards system and the identity information linked to the KrisFlyer account.
2. Information Consistency: To ensure proper mileage accrual, you must ensure that the English name registered in your Wyndham Rewards account exactly matches the English name in your KrisFlyer account. Participants shall bear sole responsibility for any failure or delay in mileage accrual resulting from name discrepancies.
3. Posting Time: KF Miles (including both base and bonus miles) will be posted to your KrisFlyer account within 6 to 8 weeks after successful conversion.
4. Governing Terms: This mileage conversion promotion is subject to the respective terms and conditions of both the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and the Wyndham Rewards Loyalty Program | Terms & Conditions. For matters not covered herein, please refer to the relevant provisions of the Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions and the Wyndham Rewards Terms and Conditions.

IV. Other Promotion Rules

1. Mileage conversions must be initiated by the member from their own account. Converting points for others or requesting mileage to be credited to another person's account is strictly prohibited.
2. Each conversion transaction is limited to one KrisFlyer member account eligible to receive the miles.
3. If for any reason (including but not limited to force majeure, system failures, changes in partnership) this promotion cannot be conducted as planned, The Organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to change, cancel, suspend, or terminate this promotion. The Organizers shall endeavour to, if reasonably practicable, post an announcement on the landing page for this promotion. Participants are responsible for staying updated on this promotion and regularly checking the landing page for this promotion for any changes.
4. Subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the Organizers reserve the right to modify, interpret, and adjust the promotion rules/terms.
5. Members are responsible for ensuring that their registered contact information is accurate and valid and for promptly checking official promotion communications. Participants shall bear sole responsibility for any consequences arising from the provision of incorrect information.
6. Any member disputes regarding eligibility, conversion records, or the amount of miles must be raised within 60 days (the "Dispute Period") after the promotion ends. No claims will be accepted after that date, and the Member shall bear any resulting loss.
7. To the extent permitted by law, the Organizers and their affiliates, agents, and representatives shall not be held liable for any failure, delay, or error in processing conversion requests due to computer viruses, network issues, cyberattacks, telecommunications issues or any other circumstances beyond their control. The Organizers do not guarantee uninterrupted, or error-free operation of this promotion or related systems and are not responsible for any loss of bonus miles, data, or access resulting from such issues.
8. If any member is found to have engaged in fraudulent activities, abused the promotion (including but not limited to using illegally obtained points for conversion, irregular transactions, etc.), or violated these terms, the Organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to unilaterally revoke a member's miles, terminate its eligibility to participate cancel, administer their account and points in accordance with the relevant membership terms and conditions, and hold the relevant parties legally accountable.
9. Any provision that conflicts with applicable laws shall be void and severed and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

Promotion 2 - Limited Time to Earn 50% More Fortune Wings Club Bonus Points  

Promotion Period: From August 1, 2026, at 00:00 (Beijing Time) to October31, 2026 at 23:59 (Beijing Time), inclusive.  

Promotion Mechanism:

During the promotion period, Wyndham Rewards members who either (i) convert their points into Fortune Wings Club points through the official Wyndham Rewards website, or (ii) elect to have points directly credited to their Fortune Wings Club account when staying at Wyndham properties (i.e., "direct airline mileage accumulation"), shall be eligible to receive an additional bonus of Fortune Wings Club points equivalent to 50% of the base conversion amount.

I. Reward Standards and Conversion Method

2. The standard conversion ratio for Wyndham Rewards points to Fortune Wings Club Points is 5:1 (5 Wyndham Rewards points to 1 Fortune Wings Club point). Each conversion shall be subject to a minimum of 6,000 Wyndham Rewards points (equivalent to1,200 Fortune Wings Club points), and conversions shall be made in multiples thereof.
3. Members may earn a minimum of 1 Fortune Wings Club point per US$1 (or equivalent) spent on eligible stays at Wyndham properties. 4. Fortune Wings Club members may earn Fortune Wings Club points through qualifying stays under the Wyndham Rewards program and through point conversions, which shall be credited to the member's Fortune Wings Club account. Each Wyndham Rewards member may earn up to a maximum of 20,000 Fortune Wings Club points per calendar month through qualifying stays and/or conversions (excluding any promotional bonus miles).
   
   2. Bonus Mechanism: Upon successful conversion during the promotion period, members will have the opportunity to receive an additional 50% bonus miles. Specific examples are as follows

• 6,000 Wyndham Rewards points = 1,200 base Fortune Wings Club Points + 240 bonus miles = 1,440 total Fortune Wings Club Points

• 16,000 Wyndham Rewards points = 3,200 base Fortune Wings Club Points + 640 bonus miles = 3,840 total Fortune Wings Club Points

• A Wyndham Rewards Blue Level member who has elected to earn Fortune Wings Club points directly through qualifying stay spending, and who incurs US$500 in eligible room charges (excluding dining and other incidental expenses) during the promotion period, shall receive a total of 750 Fortune Wings Club points, consisting of 500 base Fortune Wings Club points plus 250 bonus Fortune Wings Club points.

• A Wyndham Rewards Diamond Level member who has elected to earn Fortune Wings Club points through qualifying stay spending, and who incurs US$500 in eligible room charges (excluding dining and other incidental expenses) during the promotion period, shall receive a total of 1,500 Fortune Wings Club points, consisting of 1,000 base Fortune Wings Club points plus 500 bonus Fortune Wings Club points.

Convert Wyndham Rewards points to Fortune Wings Club Points: Members must log in to the Wyndham Rewards official website, navigate to the "Redeem Travel Points" page, select “Fortune Wings Club” as the redemption partner, and accurately enter their Fortune Wings Club membership number and English name to complete the conversion. All conversion requests must be submitted within the promotion period and are subject to the overall cap on Fortune Wings Club Miles. The minimum amount per conversion transaction is 6,000 Wyndham Rewards points. 
2. Fortune Wings Club members may earn Fortune Wings Club points through qualifying stays under the Wyndham Rewards program: Members shall log in to the official Wyndham Rewards platform, access "My Profile," click "Preferences," select "Airline Miles," click "Select Frequent Traveler Partner," select "Hainan Airlines Fortune Wings Club Kilometer" from the drop-down menu, enter their Fortune Wings Club membership number and English name accurately in the "Frequent Traveler Number" field, and click "Save Changes" to complete the preference settings.

II. Important Promotion Notes

1. This promotion is mutually exclusive with other Fortune Wings Club bonus promotions on Fortune Wings Club official channels. Members shall not be entitled to receive double benefits concurrently, and the highest applicable reward shall prevail. Exceptions apply to promotions specifically marked otherwise.
2. Fortune Wings Club points accrued through this promotion constitute consumption points. Consumption points shall not be eligible for use in upgrading or maintaining Fortune Wings Club elite membership status, and shall not be exchangeable for cash.

III. Accrual Details
