Terms & Conditions:

1. The Wyndham Hotels & Resorts ‘Stay 2 Nights, Save upto 20%’ Winter Offer (the “Promotion”) is a discount of up to 20% off the Best Available Rate per room per night and is applicable for bookings made between 18 December 2018 and 28 February 2019 on stays between 18 December 2018 to 07 March 2019 at participating Wyndham Hotels & Resorts branded properties. There is a minimum length of stay of 2 nights no minimum or maximum length of stay. Best Available Rate means the best generally bookable rate which is not subject to a promotion which may not be pre-paid and for which no cancellation fees apply.

2. To qualify for the up to 20% discount, bookings must be for a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights. There is no maximum length of stay.

3. Only bookings made direct through Promoter’s websites at www.wyndhamhotels.com, www.wyndhamhotels.de, www.wyndhamhotels.com.tr, www.ramada.co.uk, www.daysinn.co.uk, www.wyndhamrewards.co.uk, www.wyndhamrewards.de, and the promoter’s call centre by calling 0800-367-87477 are eligible for Wyndham Rewards points and will qualify Wyndham Rewards points. Bookings made through online travel agents or other third party channels are not eligible for Wyndham Rewards points. 4. Rates and stay dates in the Promotion are subject to availability at participating hotels and exclusions and blackout dates may apply locally which vary from hotel to hotel. You will be informed at the time of the booking of the availability of the discount rate and any applicable exclusions and blackout dates.

5. This Promotion discount is based on stays in a standard room accommodating 2 people sharing, but some participating hotels may also choose to include executive room categories in this Promotion.

6. This Promotion is based on a room only rate and the discount does not include additional items such as meals, room service, telephone charges, mini bar, parking etc. which must be paid directly at the hotel (if taken). Local taxes, service charges and any other local fees may apply in addition to the advertised rate.

7. To qualify for the discount in the Promotion, bookings must be made either through Wyndham direct channels or third party channels between Tuesday 18 December 2018 (from 00:00 GMT) and Thursday 28 February 2019 (until 23:59 GMT). Stays must take place between Tuesday 18 December 2018 and Thursday 07 March 2019 (both days inclusive).

8. Bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable. Bookings cannot be modified.

9. Full non-refundable pre-payment is required at the time of booking. Payment will be made in the local hotel currency.

10. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, discounts or packages, e.g. park and fly.

11. This Promotion applies to new bookings only and is not available retrospectively or to group bookings.

12. All participating hotels are independently owned and most independently operated. The Promoter does not own any of the hotels taking part in this Promotion and cannot accept liability for loss or injury, howsoever caused, during the stays.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Winter Offer 2018/2019 Terms & Conditions and/or to withdraw this Promotion at any time without notice. Any change or withdrawal will not affect any bookings already made when such change or withdrawal occurs.
