Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promotion is only valid for UOB Cardholders who make a booking of the Promotion using a Visa/MasterCard/Amex/JCB/CUP credit or debit card issued by UOB (“Accepted Card(s)”)
  2. The Promotion is only valid for bookings made at Participating Hotels and each Participating hotel’s general terms and conditions apply in addition these terms.
  3. Promotion is available for new bookings made between 1 August 2020 to 31 December 2021 using an Accepted Card for a stay at a Participating Hotel that meets all of the following criteria (a “Qualifying Stay”):

    1. a stay of a minimum of two or more consecutive nights at a Participating Hotel;
    2. reservations must be made via phone or online using/quoting the rate code [“LMUO“] and details of the Accepted Card must be provided and used to pay for the stay at the time of the reservation;
    3. the name of the Accepted Card holder used to make and pay for the reservation (“Cardholder”) must be the same as the name appearing on the Participating Hotel reservation and the Cardholder must check-in for the stay and be the guest staying at the Participating Hotel;
    4. cancellation policies of 48 hours prior to the check-in date applies across all Participating Hotels and a failure to provide at least 48 hours’ prior notice will result in a cancellation fee applicable to the full amount of the reservation; and
    5. the stay must commence anytime from 1 August 2020 and be completed by 31 December 2021 (each date inclusive).

  4. A Cardholder will receive 30% discount off the Best Available Rate for each Qualifying Stay.
  5. There is no limit to the number of Qualifying Stays a Cardholder may make at a Participating hotel under the Promotion, but consecutive Qualifying Stays at the same Participating hotel (i.e. where check-out and re-check-in occurs on the same day) shall be deemed as one Qualifying Stay for the purposes of the Promotion.  
  6. The number of rooms available under the Promotion at each Participating Hotel may be limited. Promotion is subject to availability. Blackout dates apply and vary per Participating Hotel.  
  7. The Promotion only applies to the room rate and does not apply to any additional or incidental, non-room expenses or other charges (such as taxes, service charges, food and beverage, minibar, room service, phone charges) incurred or accrued during the Qualifying Stay. Extra person charges may apply if a room is to be occupied by more than two persons.
  8. The Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, offers, packages, group or convention rate, or any other discounted rate, and is not valid for previous stays or existing reservations at the Participating Hotels and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other products.
  9. Room rates do not include breakfast unless otherwise stated. 
  10. Preferred room, Early check-in and Late checkout are subject to availability at each Participating Hotel upon a Cardholder’s request.
  11. Free basic Wi-Fi access is included at certain Participating hotels, subject to availability. Participating Hotels without wireless internet may provide wired High Speed Internet Access. Some Participating Hotels may charge additional fees for internet speeds faster than basic Wi-Fi access.
  12. Each booking qualifies for Wyndham Rewards Points in accordance with the following terms – https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms.  Wyndham Rewards Points cannot be used to pay for the Promotion.
  13. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts may cancel or modify the Offer without notice.
  14. By making a reservation for a Qualifying Stay under the Promotion, Cardholders agree and consent to these terms and conditions. Fulfillment of the Promotion at each Participating Hotel is the responsibility of such Participating Hotel.
