Participating Hotels’ general terms and conditions apply.
Offer is available for new reservations made between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2021 ("Promotion Period") by a holder (“Cardholder”) of a Mastercard (“Card”) for Qualifying Stays (as defined below) at a Participating Hotel.
A Qualifying Stay is defined as a stay for a minimum of two or more consecutive nights in a standard room (single or double occupancy) at a Participating Hotel for which a reservation made under the Offer via phone or online using/quoting code “1000039087” and details of member’s Card at the time of the reservation. The name of the Cardholder used in the reservation must be the same as the name appearing on his Card and the Cardholder must check-in for the Qualifying Stay. Guests may make complimentary change of dates multiple times at least 72 hours prior to booking date. New booking dates are subject to availability at each Participating Hotel. Failure to provide at least 72 hours prior notice will result in a cancellation fee applicable to the full amount of the reservation.
A Qualifying Stay shall commence and be completed during the Stay Period.
A Cardholder will receive 35% discount off the Best Available Rate for each Qualifying Stay. There is no limit to the number of Qualifying Stays a Cardholder may make at a Participating Hotel under the Offer, but consecutive Qualifying Stays at the same Participating Hotel (i.e. where check-out and re-check-in occur on the same day) shall be deemed as one Qualifying Stay for the purposes of the Offer.
Offer is valid when all payments in connection with a Qualifying Stay are made using the Mastercard only.
Room rate does not include breakfast unless otherwise stated.
Free basic Wi-Fi access at Participating Hotels, subject to availability. Participating Hotels without wireless internet may provide wired High Speed Internet Access (HSIA). Some Participating Hotels may charge additional fees for internet speeds faster than basic Wi-Fi access.
Early check-in at Participating Hotels, subject to availability, upon Member’s request. Early check-in is determined by Participating Hotel and is only applicable to the Member’s personal guest room. Early check-in requests should not be for a time that is more than two hours prior to the Participating Hotel’s standard check-in time.
Late check-out at Participating Hotels, subject to availability, upon Member’s request. Late check-out is determined by Participating Hotel and is only applicable to the Member’s personal guest room. Late check-out requests should not be for a time that is more than two hours after the Participating Hotel’s standard check-out time.
Participating Hotels are subject to change without notice. The number of rooms available under the Offer at each Participating Hotel may be limited. Offer is subject to availability. Blackout dates apply and vary per Participating Hotel.
The Best Available Rate is a specific rate type for each Participating Hotel that may vary, is unrestricted and excludes discounted or negotiated rates not available to the general public.
The Offer only applies to the room rate and does not apply to any additional or incidental, non-room expenses or other charges (such as taxes, service charges, food and beverage, minibar, room service, phone charges) incurred or accrued during the Qualifying Stay. Extra person charges may apply if a room is to be occupied by more than two persons.
The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, offers, packages, group or convention rate, or any other discounted rate, and is not valid for previous stays or existing reservations at the Participating Hotels and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other products. By making a reservation for a Qualifying Stay under the Offer, Cardholders agree and consent to these terms and conditions. Fulfillment of the Offer at each Participating Hotel is the responsibility of such Participating Hotel.
Cardholders are required to provide their Mastercard details when making the room reservation, at the point of check-in and when settling room payment. Room reservation can only be guaranteed by using a Mastercard. A no-show does not count as a Qualifying stay.
Cardholders must book the qualified stay at participating hotels on landing page https://www.wyndhamhotels.com/hotel-deals/mastercard or directly with a participating hotel. The “Stay 2 Nights, Save 35% with MasterCard” promotion is exclusive to Mastercard cardholders. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts may cancel or modify the Offer without notice.
