These terms and conditions (“Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Terms”) will govern the offer and use of the Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Rate (as defined below).

The Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations member discount of 10%, 15%, 18% or 20% off of the Standard Rate (as defined below) at a participating Hotel by Wyndham in the U.S. only (the “Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Rate”) is offered to any guest who is employed by, associated with or a member of any company, association or group with a then valid membership to Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations (each such individual, a “Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Guest”).  Standard Rate (“BAR”) is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the hotel, date and accommodation requested. To receive the Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Rate, a Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Guest must reserve a stay at a participating Hotel by Wyndham via (i) the Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations member benefits portal, www.wyndhambusiness.com/SedgewickTempAccommodations (ii) wyndhamhotels.com with corporate code 1000010815, (iii) our toll-free reservation call center at 1-800-407-9832 (by requesting the Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Rate), or (iv) the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app with corporate code 1000010815.  Exact discount level (10%, 15%, 18% or 20% off of the participating hotel’s BAR) subject to all Sedgewick Temporary

• Discount valid at participating hotels within these brands in the U.S. only – AmericInn® by Wyndham, Baymont® by Wyndham, Days Inn® by Wyndham, Dolce Hotels & Resorts® by Wyndham, Howard Johnson® by Wyndham, La Quinta® by Wyndham, Microtel by Wyndham®, Ramada® by Wyndham, Registry Collection Hotels®, Super 8® by Wyndham,  Trademark Collection® by Wyndham, Travelodge® by Wyndham, TRYP by Wyndham®, Wingate by Wyndham®, Wyndham ®, Wyndham Garden®, Wyndham Grand® - Stays from 1-4 nights that are booked in accordance with these Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Terms receive a discount of 10% off of participating hotel’s BAR.  Stays from 5-13 consecutive nights that are booked in accordance with these Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Terms will receive a discount of 15% off of the participating hotel’s BAR and stays of 14+ consecutive nights that are booked in accordance with these Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Terms will receive a discount of 20% off participating hotel’s BAR.
• Discount valid at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham® hotels in the U.S. only - Stays of 1-4 consecutive nights that are booked in accordance with these Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Terms will receive a discount of 10% off of the participating hotel’s BAR.  Stays from 5-11 consecutive nights that are booked in accordance with these Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Terms will receive a discount of 15% off of the participating hotel’s BAR, stays of 12-29 consecutive nights that are booked in accordance with these Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Terms will receive a discount of 18% off of the participating hotel’s BAR, stays of 30+ consecutive nights that are booked in accordance with these Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Terms will receive a discount of 20% off of the participating hotel’s BAR.  

Savings are discounted from a participating hotel’s BAR, excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. If applicable, commissions will be paid in accordance with the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts standard commission policy.  

Reservations with the Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Rate must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.  New bookings only; may not be applicable to group bookings.  Reservations can be canceled in accordance with the applicable hotel’s cancellation policy and vary by hotel.  Reservations canceled outside of applicable cancellation policy and no-shows will be charged first night plus tax.

Blackout dates and rates, room type exclusions and restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Rate availability limited to participating hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels; it is possible that the Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Rate will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. Without limiting the foregoing, the Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Rate is not offered at Wyndham Alltra℠ hotels.  For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation at the Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Rate may result in an ineligibility to receive the Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Rate. The Sedgewick Temporary Accommodations Rate and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited. Tax is additional, and rate may not be combined with any other offer or discount.
