These terms and conditions (“Windfall Terms”) will govern the offer and use of the Windfall Rate (as defined below).

The Windfall member discount of 12%, 18% or 22% off of the Standard Rate (as defined below) at a participating Hotel by Wyndham (the “Windfall Rate”) is offered to any guest who is employed by, associated with or a member of any company, association or group with a then valid membership to the Windfall Group Purchasing Organization (each such individual, a “Windfall Guest”).  “Standard Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the hotel, date and accommodation requested.

To receive the Windfall Rate, a Windfall Guest must reserve a stay at a participating Hotel by Wyndham via the Windfall member benefits portal, www.wyndhamhotels.com/windfall, wyndhamhotels.com with corporate code 1000057687, our toll-free reservation call center at 800-407-9832 (by requesting the Windfall Rate), or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app with corporate code  1000057687.  Exact discount level (12%, 18% or 22% off of the participating hotel’s Standard Rate) depends on length of stay.  Subject to all Windfall Terms:

• stays of four (4) or fewer consecutive nights that are booked in accordance with these Windfall Terms will receive a discount of 12% off of the participating hotel’s Standard Rate;
• stays that are greater than four (4) consecutive nights, but fewer than fourteen (14) consecutive nights and that are booked in accordance with these Windfall Terms will receive a discount of 18% off of the participating hotel’s Standard Rate; and
• stays of fourteen (14) or more consecutive nights that are booked in accordance with these Windfall Terms will receive a discount of 22% off of the participating hotel’s Standard Rate.

Savings are discounted from a participating hotel’s Standard Rate, excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Reservations with this rate must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.  New bookings only; may not be applicable to group bookings.  Reservations can be canceled in accordance with the applicable hotel’s cancellation policy and vary by hotel.  Reservations canceled outside of applicable cancellation policy and no-shows will be charged first night plus tax.

Blackout dates and rates, room type exclusions and restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Windfall Rate availability limited to participating hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels; itis possible that the Windfall Rate will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. Without limiting the foregoing, the Windfall Rate is not offered at Wyndham Alltra℠ hotels.  For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation at the Windfall Rate may result in an ineligibility to receive the Windfall Rate. The Windfall Rate and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.

Tax is additional, and rate may not be combined with any other offer or discount other than applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions.
