Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, which are available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”).

1.       Under the Wyndham Weekday Advantage offer (the “Offer”), stays booked via Selected Direct Booking Channels in accordance with these Offer Terms (“Offer Stay”) will be eligible to receive:

(i)              promotional rates (“Offer Discount”) offered by Participating Hotels located in the Asia Pacific region. The Offer Discount is independently determined by each Participating Hotel based on each Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate and operational considerations, and no fixed Offer Discount applies across the Participating Hotels. Offer Discount vary depending on the Participating Hotel, stay dates and room types, and the exact Offer Discount available will be shown at the time of booking; and

(ii)             for Wyndham Rewards members, Wyndham Rewards bonus points and/or stay benefits (as applicable)(see paragraph 3 for further details).

 2.       This Offer is only available for new bookings at Participating Hotels made via Selected Direct Booking Channels between May 25, 2026 and October 26, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Booking Period”) for weekday stays completed between May 25, 2026 and October 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Travel Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer is only applicable to weekday stays, meaning stays with check-in dates falling between Sunday and Thursday (both days inclusive), based on the local time at the Participating Hotel. For further clarity, stays with check-in on Thursday and check-out on Friday will also qualify for the Offer.

 3.       For Wyndham Rewards Members:

(i)     Wyndham Rewards points may be earned on each completed Offer Stay in accordance with the Program Terms if an Offer Stay is also a Qualified Stay under the Program Terms.

(ii)    In order to qualify for Wyndham Rewards points, Wyndham Rewards members must book an Offer Stay via Selected Direct Booking Channels.

(iii)  In addition to the Offer Discount and the points mentioned above, Wyndham Rewards members are also eligible to receive either one (1) of the following benefits per completed Offer Stay at Participating Hotels:

One (1) complimentary breakfast per day, dining credits, room upgrade, late check-out until 2:00 p.m., or complimentary parking, or such other benefit as determined by the Participating Hotel.

Notwithstanding the above, the Stay Benefit is subject to availability at the time of stay, and the Participating Hotel may substitute a Stay Benefit with another benefit as determined by the Participating Hotel.

(iv)  Where the Participating Hotel is in Australia or Singapore, Wyndham Rewards members are also eligible to receive an additional 2,000 Wyndham Rewards points (“Bonus Points”) per completed Qualified Stay.

(v)    Wyndham Rewards Members should allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks after completion of the Qualified Stay for the Bonus Points (if applicable) to be credited to their Wyndham Rewards account.

 4.       For the purposes of these Offer Terms:

(i)     “Standard Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the brand site for the Participating Hotel, date and accommodation requested. The Standard Rate for each Participating Hotel is subject to change at any time. 

 (ii)    “Selected Direct Booking Channel” means:  

a.     www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains, provided that the Offer is selected when making a booking;

b.      the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, provided that the Offer is selected when making a booking; or

c.      the calendar room booking function within the “Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Official Booking” WeChat Mini Program, excluding bookings for products available through the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts WeChat Mall, provided that the Offer is selected at the time of booking.

For the avoidance of doubt, any booking made via an online travel agency (OTA) will not qualify for either the Offer Discount or Wyndham Rewards points.

 (iii)   “Offer Stay” means a stay as defined in paragraph 1.

 5.       For clarity, any stay which:

(i)     is not booked between the dates of May 25, 2026 and October 26, 2026 (both dates inclusive);

(ii)    has a check-in date prior to May 25, 2026, regardless of whether any portion of such stay occurs after May 25, 2026;

(iii)  has a check-out date after October 31, 2026, regardless of whether any portion of such stay occurs before October 31, 2026;

(iv)  is not booked via Selected Direct Booking Channels, will not be an Offer Stay and will not qualify for the Offer Discount.

 6.       Reservations made under the Offer must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. 

 7.       Blackout dates, room type exclusions and restrictions may apply and vary for each individual Participating Hotel. The availability of the Offer is limited to Participating Hotels only and is subject to availability at such Participating Hotels. It is possible that the Offer will not be available at certain Participating Hotels on all

applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the Offer may result in an ineligibility to receive the Offer Discount or the Stay Benefit even if such modification was made during the
Booking Period and dates for the Offer Stay occur within the Travel Period.

 8.       The Offer Discount is provided as a discount off a Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate only and not to any taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed by a Participating Hotel. Tax is payable in addition to the room rates.

 9.       The Offer may not be combined with any other offer, discount or special rate (including use of Wyndham

Rewards points) other than registration-based bonus points promotions as determined by the Sponsor (defined in the “Program Terms”) to be applicable. 

 10.     For the avoidance of doubt, instant discount(s) on WeChat Mini Program that are triggered based on booking

amount thresholds (for example, “spend-and-save” offers) shall not be deemed rate discounts and may be combined with this Offer, provided that the applicable terms and conditions for such promotions are satisfied and subject to availability as at the time of booking.

 11.     Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, this Offer is not applicable to:

(i)      Group booking;

(ii)    Super 8 by Wyndham hotels in Mainland China.

 12.    Reservations under the Offer is subject to the right of the Participating Hotel to cancel the reservation in accordance with the Participating Hotel’s cancellation policy.  Please refer to each Participating Hotel’s page for full details or inquire prior to reservation. 

13.     Charges for no-shows may apply. Reservations must be canceled before 4 pm (local time at Participating Hotel) on the day prior to scheduled check-in date to avoid a one (1) night charge plus applicable taxes at most Participating Hotels; some Participating Hotels may require more advance notice. Contact Participating Hotel directly to confirm its cancellation policy.

The Offer and the Offer Terms are subject to cancellation or change at any time. The Offer is subject to the Program Terms (if applicable) in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited by law.
