Capitalized terms used without definition in these Terms and Conditions will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards Terms and Conditions, which are available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms

1. Program Description

The Wyndham Rewards Elite Welcome Program (“Program”) is offered by Wyndham Rewards, Inc. (“Wyndham”) to provide eligible Wyndham Rewards Gold, Platinum, or Diamond Level Members (“Elite Members”, each level an “Elite Member Level”) with certain on-property benefits at participating hotels in the Asia Pacific region.

Participation in the Program by hotels is voluntary. Not all Wyndham-branded hotels participate in the Program.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Program is available exclusively to Elite Members.

2.2 Benefits are valid only for Qualified Stays which must be booked through: (a) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, www. wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains; (b) the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App; (c) the “Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Official Booking” WeChat Mini Program; or (d) on-site at the Participating Hotel. For the avoidance of doubt, stays booked through any other channel, including online travel agencies, or Wyndham Rewards Free Night redemptions shall not be eligible for the benefits.

2.3 Benefits are provided exclusively to the registered Elite Member staying at the hotel and are non-transferable.

2.4 Elite Member status must be valid at the time of check-in to receive Program benefits.

3. Participating Hotels

3.1 The Program is available only at hotels listed on the official Program landing page by Wyndham (“Participating Hotels”).

3.2 Participating Hotels may vary by location and, except as otherwise expressly prohibited or limited by applicable laws, may change from time to time without prior notice. Wyndham will use reasonable endeavours to keep the official Program landing page updated, but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy and shall not be liable for any delay, omission, or inaccuracy in such information.

4. Program Benefits

4.1 The benefits available to Elite Members may include, but are not limited to:

Priority check-in or Elite Member special recognition; or
Welcome drink voucher; or
In-room amenities based on Elite Member Level; or
Discounts on food & beverage and/or in-house services.

4.2 Diamond Members are also eligible to the benefit of either (a) up to two (2) complimentary breakfast(s) per stay; or (b) five hundred (500) Wyndham Rewards points per stay.

4.3 All benefits are subject to availability, where not available, a replacement benefit shall be provided at the Participating Hotel’s sole discretion.

4.4 Unless otherwise stated, benefits are provided once per stay and have no cash value.

5. Benefit-Specific Terms

5.1 Priority check-in and/or Elite Members special recognition at arrival, which may include access to a dedicated Elite Members counter or priority service, where available.

5.2 Welcome Drink

Valid only at designated outlets and during specified operating hours at the Participating Hotel.
Selection and availability of beverages may vary.
Voucher must be presented at the time of redemption.
Use of the voucher is subject to any additional conditions stated on the voucher.

5.3 Complimentary Breakfast (Diamond Members only)

If selected, this benefit is valid for the Elite Member and one (1) registered staying companion sharing the same room, and is limited to a maximum of two (2) complimentary breakfasts per stay. The benefit applies regardless of the length of stay or the number of consecutive bookings. The complimentary breakfasts may be utilised by the Elite Member alone or shared between the Elite Member and the registered companion, subject always to the two (2) breakfast limit per stay.
If a Member checks out and checks back in on the same day at the same Participating Hotel, it will be considered one (1) stay.
Not applicable to additional guests, room service, or other dining charges.
If selected where room rates already include breakfast, no refund, credit, substitution or additional breakfast will be provided in such cases.
The Participating Hotel determines the breakfast venue and offering.

5.4 Wyndham Rewards Points (Diamond Members only)

If selected, 500 Wyndham Rewards points will be awarded per Qualified Stay.
Points will be credited within approximately four (4) weeks after check-out.
Points will only be awarded in accordance with Wyndham Rewards Terms and Conditions.

5.5 In-Room Amenities

Provided based on Elite Member Level and Participating Hotel’s discretion.
Items and presentation may vary by Participating Hotel.

5.6 Discounts (Food & Beverage / In-house Services)

Applicable only to hotel-operated outlets or services as determined by the Participating Hotel.
Not combinable with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise stated.
Additional exclusions may apply.

6. Limitations and Exclusions

6.1 Benefits apply only to Qualified Stays and are not available for non-qualifying rates, including but not limited to Wyndham Rewards Free Night redemptions, employee rates, complimentary stays, product redemption in the WeChat Mall, or other ineligible bookings, as defined under the Wyndham Rewards Terms and Conditions.

6.2 Benefits apply to one (1) room per Elite Member per stay, regardless of multiple room bookings.

6.3 Benefits are not transferable, cannot be exchanged, and have no monetary value.

6.4 If a reservation is modified such that the revised stay dates fall within a period during which the hotel is no longer a Participating Hotel, or the reservation no longer meets the requirements under these Terms and Conditions, the reservation will not be eligible for the Program benefits.

7. Hotel Responsibility

7.1 Participating Hotels are solely responsible for the provision and fulfillment of Program benefits.

7.2 Wyndham shall not be liable for any failure by a Participating Hotel to provide Program benefits.

8. Program Modifications and Termination

Except as otherwise expressly prohibited or limited by applicable laws, Wyndham reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice and reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon publication.

9. General Conditions

9.1 The Program is subject to the Wyndham Rewards Terms and Conditions.

9.2 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Wyndham Rewards Terms and Conditions, the Wyndham Rewards Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

9.3 Wyndham reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.

9.4 All determinations by Wyndham are final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9.5 In certain jurisdictions, some of the limitations or exclusions set out in the Terms and Conditions of this Program may not apply. Please refer to local laws for any legal provisions relating to such limitations or exclusions. Where there is a conflict with applicable local laws, the relevant provisions shall not apply.
