APAC Save With Wyndham Year End Sale Terms & Conditions

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, which are available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program
Terms”).

To save 10%, 15% or 20% (for non-Wyndham Rewards members) or 15%, 20% or 25% (for Wyndham Rewards members) off the Standard Rate (as defined below) at participating hotels located in Asia Pacific region (the “Offer”), during the period that begins on November 5, 2026 and runs through and includes January 15, 2027 (the “Booking Period”), book the Year End Sale Offer on a Digital Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), in accordance with these Offer Terms, and complete such stay by February 28, 2027.

For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the Booking Period, begun prior to November 5,
2026, or completed after February 28, 2027, will not qualify for any of the discounts described
herein.

Non-Wyndham Rewards Members

Exact discount level (10%, 15% or 20% off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate) depends on
length of stay. Subject to all Offer Terms:

• stays of two (2) consecutive nights that are booked and completed in accordance with
these Offer Terms will receive a discount of 10% off the participating hotel’s Standard
Rate;
• stays of three (3) consecutive nights that are booked and completed in accordance with
these Offer Terms will receive a discount of 15% off the participating hotel’s Standard
Rate; and
• stays of four (4) consecutive nights or more that are booked and completed in accordance
with these Offer Terms will receive a discount of 20% off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate.

Wyndham Rewards Members

Exact discount level (15%, 20% or 25% off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate) depends on length of stay. Subject to all Offer Terms:

• stays of two (2) consecutive nights that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive a discount of 15% off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate;
• stays of three (3) consecutive nights that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive a discount of 20% off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate; and
• stays of four (4) consecutive nights or more that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive a discount of 25% off the participating hotel’s Standard Rate.

FOR CLARITY, CERTAIN HOTELS THAT OFFER THE WYNDHAM REWARDS RATE ARE NOT
PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER. AT SUCH HOTELS, THE STANDARD WYNDHAM REWARDS RATE
WILL PREVAIL DURING THE OFFER PERIOD.

“Standard Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the brand sites for the hotel, date and accommodation requested.

“Digital Direct Booking Channel” means:

(i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the Hotel Chains, provided that the Offer is selected when making a booking;
(ii) the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, provided that the Offer is selected when making a booking; or
(iii) the calendar room booking function within the “Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Official Booking” WeChat Mini Program, excluding bookings for products available through the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts WeChat Mall, provided that the Offer is selected at the time of booking.

New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Reservations are subject to the cancellation policy of the individual participating hotel. Contact individual hotel directly to confirm its cancellation policy.

Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability is limited to participating hotels in Asia Pacific region and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that the Offer will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable
dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation made pursuant to this offer may result in an ineligibility to receive the advertised discount
.
Tax is additional, and the Offer may not be combined with any other offer, discount or special rate (including use of Wyndham Rewards points) other than registration-based bonus points promotions as determined by the Sponsor (defined in the Program Terms) to be applicable. Further, and for clarity, the Offer does not include resort/service fees, incidentals or gratuities or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Mandatory taxes and compulsory fees will be included in the rate where required by applicable law.

The Offer and these Offer Terms are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.
