The Wyndham Garden Hotel Austin is excited to WELCOME the Texas Association of Assessing Officers Trainees! Please make your reservations through this page for any classes taking place in December. For any technical issues, please feel free to use our Call-in Reservation Procedure:

Our telephone number for reservations is 1-800-996-3426. Give the associate your desired dates of stay at our property and ask for the “TAAO” rate, then guarantee your reservation with a credit card. Hotel room rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 15%. Should guest qualify for tax exemption, a valid form will be required at check in. 

The TAAO Guest Room Rate includes amenities that are specific to this rate. Please ensure you book the TAAO Rate to enjoy these benefits. 

Reservation Cut Off: Your block at the Hotel will be held at your group rate until 14 days prior to the class date.

Airport Information:

Pickup

• Call  (512) 448-2444
• Tell the Front Desk agent that you have arrived at the airport and you need shuttle service to the hotel.
• Meet the Hotel’s shuttle van outside on the upper level near Delta Airlines and “Hotel Shuttles” sign and waiting area.
• It will take us 20-30 minutes from the time of your call to arrive

• Must sign up 24 hours in advance at the Front Desk
• Shuttles leave at the top of hour every hour 24/7
